The training plan will be loaded on the mywellness app for you. The exercises will have descriptions and demo videos to help you and you will receive a booklet with training information to assist you after purchase.
You will also receive a link to a form to complete, that will provide the information required for me to create your app profile and set up your training plan. Please allow 24hrs for this process.
The nutrition program will be based on a generic 1600 or 2000 calories per day requirement.
It is recommended that males use the 2000 calories plan and females use the 1600 calories per day plan, but use your own discretion to select what works best for you. There will be options for protein and carbohydrates to allow for some flexibility.
This product does not include the accountability program as you will be independently accountable. It is recommended that you take your measurements weekly and keep track of these. The mywellness app does have functionality for you to track these measurements.
