The 8 Weeks to Fit! program is designed to give YOU maximum results in a defined 8 week time period. The program will help you focus your effort to achieve improved fitness, build lean muscle mass and lose fat mass in the shortest possible time. Together, we will build new healthy habits!

The Coached 8 Weeks to Fit! program is designed to give YOU maximum results in a defined 8 week time period. The program will help you focus your effort to achieve improved fitness, build lean muscle mass and lose fat mass in the shortest possible time. Together, we will build new healthy habits!

The program has three main components as follows:

  1. Exercise – a comprehensive training plan with demo videos and daily check in.
  2. Nutrition – a detailed nutrition plan with carbohydrate and protein options for versatility
  3. Accountability – a weekly progress check in and report to track your progress, as well as a supportive whatsapp group

You will receive three booklets for download after you have completed your purchase, with more detail of what each of the components entail. You will also receive a welcome letter with instructions for how to get set up on the training app and how to schedule your first appointment with me, to discuss your specific exercise and nutrition requirements.

This is a group program, but I do cater for your individual needs, because we are not all the same, right? This is more than just a training plan, it is a lifestyle program to give you maximum support while you make those healthy changes.
