12 Week Nutrition Plan
This nutrition plan is designed to help you cut fat mass in 12 weeks. It is a generic plan I developed, based on around 1600 calories per day and you have a plan change after 4 weeks and again after 8 weeks. The plan embraces all the food groups. If you are vegetarian you may replace the protein in the meals with vegetarian equivalents. Remember that it is important to drink all the water!
